General Return and Exchange Guidelines

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Customers must report any issues with their order within 14 days of receiving the product. No returns will be accepted after 14 days have passed.
  2. Condition of Products:
    • Products must be returned in the original condition as received, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. No returns will be accepted if the product shows signs of use or wear, or if tags have been removed.
  3. How to Initiate a Return:
    • Contact us via email at support@dawnbragg.store within 14 days of receiving the product, detailing the issue. Our team will respond promptly to assist you with your return or exchange process.
  4. Authorized Reseller Compliance:
    • As an authorized reseller of brands such as Diono, Britax, Graco, Safety 1st, and Evenflo, all returns and warranty issues will follow the specific manufacturer’s guidelines. For warranty claims or specific issues with branded products, please consult the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy, which we fully support.

Return Process

  1. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or the wrong item was sent, in which case Dawn Bragg will cover the return shipping fees.
    • Products should be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team during the return authorization process.
  2. Inspection and Approval:
    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our inspection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Special Return Conditions

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the return and send a replacement product or issue a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by Dawn Bragg.
  2. Color or Image Variations:
    • Please note that product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to display differences or minor design changes. If you are unsatisfied due to a color or image variation, notify us within 14 days, and we will process your return or exchange.
  3. Restocking Fee for Returns Without Defects:
    • If you are returning an item for reasons other than product defects (such as change of mind), a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The return shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.
  4. Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled within 14 days for a full refund. If the order is canceled after 14 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
    • Orders canceled after shipment or after production (for special/custom orders) will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  5. Exchange Policy:
    • If you wish to exchange your product for any reason (within 14 days of receipt), we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, but the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
  6. Customized Products:
    • Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

Additional Return Terms

  1. Non-Response to Communication:
    • If a customer fails to respond to communication regarding order processing, production, or shipment, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order. If the customer requests cancellation after non-response, only 15% of the amount will be refunded.
  2. Restocking and Handling Fee:
    • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • If a customer returns a product that does not meet the return conditions (used, missing tags, damaged), no refund will be provided.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning a product unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
  4. International Returns:
    • Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, and returns must be made to the U.S. address provided by customer service.
  5. Customs and Duties:
    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during return shipping. Dawn Bragg will not cover these additional costs.
